SERVICE GUIDE
Guide 1: How to Safely Turn Off/Bypass Your Water System (Whole House)
Guide 2: How to Safely Turn Off Your UnderSink System (UnderSink)

1. Locate the Diversion Valve
Look under your sink for the cold water line. You will see a metal T-junction with a white plastic tube attached to it. This white tube is the dedicated feed line supplying water to your filtration system.
2. Check the Valve Position
To control the water flow, use the small integrated handle on the valve:
-
ON (Flowing): The handle is positioned perpendicular (horizontal) to the valve body.
-
OFF (Closed): The handle is positioned parallel (vertical/pointing down) to the valve body.
3. How to Shut Off the Water
Rotate the small metal handle downward until it is fully parallel with the valve body. This action mechanicaly blocks the water from entering the white feed line.

Note: After turning the valve to the OFF position, open your filtered water faucet for a few seconds to release any residual pressure and confirm the supply is fully cut off.
